It’s true that, because we can receive briefs on Social Work vacancies at the rate of six or eight an hour, we don’t exactly hang around, but we do allow that little bit of extra time for both Social Workers and Clients to exchange niceties, listen to problems or needs and understand desires.

It’s also true that we put in the effort for you where others “fear to tread” - and very successfully too – placing candidates who have been flatly rejected by others. For example, one who had been out of Social Work for many years was, with a great seal of effort, placed in an assignment. He proved so successful that the Client gave him a permanent position.

Yes we do have a fully integrated IT system for high speed searches but we don’t stop at the “Job Match” for the Social Worker or the “Locum Match” for the client.  We don’t wait for an assignment that suits a Social Worker or a Social Worker who suits an assignment, to land in our lap. We put in the effort pro-actively contacting relevant parties, specifically for you.
